Terms of Service

Please, read this before commissioning me, thank you!

◈ IMPORTANT NOTES: ◈
I have the right to refuse service without explanation.
Feel free to request my discord for communication!
I'm most active on FA, but you can DM me on any site listed on the home page of the Carrd!DUE TO THE SITUATION IN THE WORLD PAYMENT IS RECEIVED VIA BOOSTY (updated on the 6th of January 2024)
I'll tell you if there are some changes in a payment method!

WILL draw:
Anthro/feral characters
OCs
Mythical creatures, monsters, original species etc
Simple backgrounds
Memes
Armour
Robots (depends)
Blood and gore (depends)
Complex characters (depends)

Will NOT draw:
Fetishes
NSFW (except for blood!)
Complex backgrounds
Offensive or hateful content
Real people

◈ PAYMENT ◈

  • Payment is made via Boosty. Click here for more info on Boosty

  • Payment should be made after the sketch stage, I won't continue the work till the payment is done.

  • Payment must be done in 2 days after the sketch is accepted by the client at latest!

  • There are additional fees for compex characters, props etc

  • I don't accept refunds past any phase of the work

◈ PROCESS ◈

  • I will send you WIPs. If you do not need them - just tell me.

  • However, I will probably ask for more details during the work using them.

  • Changes/edits during the sketch stage are free

  • Major changes on further stages may come with an additional fee

  • If an edit is needed because I missed something - it'll be done for free

  • Please be clear with all the changes you'd like, it's OK to redline on top of the sketch/line.

  • I can work with textual description, but you should have at least some references of what you want!

  • Usually I send at least 2 variants of the finished work. (w/o watermark, different effects variants possible)

  • My deadlines could change due to some circumstances (illnesses, studies etc), but usually I'm doing my best to get the work done as fast as possible (like week or so)

  • Deadline depends on the complexity of commission and my queue

◈ COPYRIGHT ◈

  • You can repost the finished commission in your gallery and on other websites, but always credit me as the author. PLEASE DO NOT REPOST VARIANTS WITHOUT THE WATERMARK!

  • You can edit the finished commission a little (like overlay effects, sparkles maybe, cropping etc). Do not crop out my watermark.

  • You can't use my works for commercial purposes or sell them for profit.

  • You may use your commission for non commercial, personal purposes

◈ SOME NOTES ◈

  • I can accept your commission even tho I've never drawn such thing (only if I'm sure I can do that!)

  • You can ask me for more information (or if you have any questions) via notes on FA or Discord!

  • If you want me to draw a character which is not yours - I will need you to show me a permission from the owner.

  • I will post the finished piece on my social media, hovewer you can let me know if I shouldn't.

Additional characters add +100% of the price
I can draw in many different ways, you can check my galleries for more examples!
Prices may differ depending on your character/idea.
Abstract background for free, custom patterns or else - for an additional fee

Shading may differ, you can choose (if you want) what kind should I do for your commission!

If you want flat shading or no shading at all - price will be lowered.

Line also can be chosen. (textured or nah)
You should tell me which shading/line you prefer before I start lining!

Just a "light version" of the fullcolored piece.
These can differ. They can be with soft/hard line etc. You can choose what you prefer.
I also usualy try to make them as clean as possible, shading is included in the price.
They're also more experimental!

These are usually more expensive then stuff in my own style (cuz of additional rendering/shading/stylelization)
